1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The book is in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage or markings.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@quizbanker.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

  3. Mail your product to our physical office:

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your hardcover book arrives damaged or contains printing errors, please contact us immediately at contact@quizbanker.com or call +19123747738. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
